These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lost & Found platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Lost & Found.
Users must be at least 13 years of age or have verifiable parental consent. Institutions must be represented by duly authorized personnel.
Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information, use the platform for lawful purposes only, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse, including fraud, harassment, or misrepresentation, may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.
Users are solely responsible for their account credentials and the content of their listings. Listings must not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or false material. Lost & Found is not responsible for the authenticity of listings or user-generated content.
Educational institutions using our dedicated module are responsible for the moderation and administration of their internal systems. Lost & Found shall not be liable for actions or disputes within institutional domains.
Users may optionally offer rewards for returned items. Lost & Found bears no responsibility for reward disputes or fulfillment, and such arrangements are solely between the involved parties.
We may provide optional integration with verified law enforcement databases for claim verification purposes. Misuse or false claims may lead to account suspension or legal action.
Our future mobile applications may request device permissions, including access to location and media. Users are responsible for understanding and managing their permissions and data usage.
All content, branding, logos, and platform functionalities are the exclusive property of Lost & Found. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
Lost & Found is a facilitation platform and does not guarantee the recovery of any item. We are not liable for user actions, item loss, or disputes between users. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity, or compliance with applicable laws.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
